Louis Lam, co-founder, and design director of Grant Interior Design, believes that an ideal design is to maintain alluring aesthetic to transform customers' ideas into reality. Each individual design has its own story behind it. His greatest sense of achievement comes from customers’ appreciation when they handover the completed projects. Louis has a strong sense of aesthetics, trend, and creativity, and is also good at integrating simplicity, precision, and detail into unique design projects in line with the actual requirements of customers. He actively involved in every project from sketch to construction. Louis has participated in hundreds of signature projects, including One Silversea, The Wings (Connected Units), Providence Peak, Taikoo Shing, Discovery Bay and a few commercial projects.
Impeccable design also needs to be complemented with professional construction. We have a group of professional and conscientious construction team to complete the project flawlessly within the specified timeframe. We are meticulous in the overall design of each project, from furniture and furnishings procurement to quality construction standards, aiming to provide a pleasurable full-service experience for each customer.

Service processes
服務流程
| At first meeting, we will work closely with customers and understand their requirements and agree on a date for site-visit and measurement.
|| Upon measuring, our designer will provide the floor plan of the unit, explain the design concept and quotation to customer.
||| After the customer agrees with the proposed design plan, as well as the design and construction costs, the designer will make 3D renderings and construction drawings, and pencil-marked the schedule of our construction team.
IV During the construction period, we will regularly report the project progress and information to our customer, this is to ensure customer peace of mind on the design vision and requirements are met.
V Upon completion of project, we will officially handover the renovated unit to customer.

||| 客人同意單位的設計方案, 以及設計和施工費用後, 設計師會製作3D效果圖和施工圖, 並同時預留工程團隊的當期
IV 施工期間, 我們會定時向客人匯報工程進度及資料, 令客人安心及放心
V 完工完成, 項目正式交收
